For general contractors

Commercial helical piles.

Most of our work is commercial. We install engineered steel pile foundations for general contractors, developers, and structural engineers across the Hudson Valley and the surrounding tri-state area, then get off your site so the next trade can start. Every pile is torque-monitored in real time and recorded against the engineered load spec on the spot.

One trade, off your critical path
/01

Recorded Torque on Every Pile

Our drive head carries a torque hub that transmits a live reading to a recording device on every pile. Installation torque correlates directly to load capacity, so each pile is confirmed against the engineered spec before we move to the next one. You get the log.

/02

Engineered Before We Drive

We work from your plans, a soil boring, and a site inspection. Pile spec, helix configuration, and layout come back as an engineered drawing for approval. Nothing gets installed off a guess about what is under the site.

/03

Your Footers, Straight Onto Our Piles

A pile carries load the moment it hits spec. On commercial work we run in conjunction with your concrete contractor, who pours footers directly onto the piles. There is no cure time between our trade and theirs, and no second mobilization to wait on.

/04

Excavation In-House

Need the site opened up first? We handle excavation ourselves as a separate line item: one crew, one schedule, and no waiting on another contractor to clear the way.

/05

Built for Bad Ground

Poor soil and settling foundations are the reason most people call us. Piles are advanced past the weak material until torque confirms capacity in competent soil, and the problem layer stops being the thing holding the structure up.

How it works

From first call to finished.

Every project · four steps
01

Plans & Site Details

Send drawings, the site address, the project type, and anything you already know about the soil. The more you have, the tighter the number.

Drawings & site address
02

Soil Boring & Inspection

A soil boring and a site inspection tell us what is actually under the project: depth to competent soil, obstructions, and access for the machine.

Soil data
03

Engineered Drawing & Spec

Pile spec, helix configuration, and layout are engineered to the structure's loads. Once the drawing is approved, we order material.

04

Torque-Verified Install

Every pile is driven until recorded torque confirms capacity, and the reading is logged against the spec. Then we hand off to your concrete contractor for footers.
